善於探索問題與產品研究,參與過設計系統的建立與優化,WEB與APP的產品需求釐清與設計流程研究,與其他設計師共同合作多項模組與功能,並同時處理自身部門的產品優化與提升,在一年內處理了100多份稿件,精進Figma軟體的應用也磨練了自身對介面、使用者體驗的專業能力。

此外,在工作之餘具有自學能力,透過線線上線下課程與書籍提升專業能力外,還與同事共同參與工作坊、讀書會,善於溝通與團隊合作一同研究與分析共同成長,不僅擁有視覺設計的美感和能力,更加強自身UX思維,利用視覺協助整個使用體驗的流程更加順暢、直覺。

With over 2 years of experience in UI/UX, I currently serve as the design lead for the Internet of Things (IoT) product line. Responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing design systems and assets, collaborating with designers across B2B and B2C product lines to assist in design system improvements and creating design drafts. Possessing a strong sense of empathy, I am adept at uncovering and addressing user needs, working collaboratively to solve issues related to these needs.

Proficient in problem exploration and product research, I have contributed to the establishment and enhancement of design systems, clarified product requirements for both web and app interfaces, and conducted studies on design processes. Collaboration with fellow designers has involved the development of various modules and features. Additionally, I manage product optimization and enhancement within my department, handling over 100 design drafts within a year. Mastery of the Figma software has not only refined interface design skills but has also honed expertise in user experience.

Furthermore, I possess a self-learning capability, dedicating time outside of work to enhance professional skills through online and offline courses and literature. Actively participating in workshops and book clubs with colleagues, I excel in communication and teamwork, fostering mutual growth. Beyond visual design aesthetics, I have strengthened my UX thinking, utilizing visual design to streamline and enhance the entire user experience process, making it more seamless and intuitive.
